36th Ombudsman Family Readiness Volunteers Recognition Ceremony
2019 Armed Services Family Readiness Volunteer Recognition Ceremony held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt on September 18 where 162 Ombudsman and Key Readiness Volunteer’s from 112 Commands were honored for their dedication and service to their command and the families of their commands. Over 500 people attended the event.
Chief Alexander Kreiglowa, U.S.Navy
The San Diego Council administers the Alexander Kreiglowa Navy and Marine Corps Dependents Education Foundation. These scholarship funds come from a charitable donation of property from Chief Alexander Kreiglowa, USN (Ret). His gift helped to establish an endowment that will help students for many years to come. Scholarships are awarded once a year.
